COVID-19 Update

We are monitoring the situation and development of the coronavirus outbreak closely. Currently this means that Midwest Special Instruments has setup procedures for operating our business and at the same time minimizing infection and spreading of the coronavirus. MSI’s guidance to team members is aligned with the guidance of local and national health authorities; in some cases, we are even more cautious. We constantly update our policy to reflect any changes in guidance from authorities.

Our first priority is everyone’s health. We are doing our best to ensure our service is maintained as much as possible given the circumstances. We are taking all possible actions to ensure reliable service and deliveries. As of now, there is no slowdown in order fulfilment or device repair and calibration services.

We greatly appreciate your loyalty to Midwest Special Instruments. We are keenly aware that this outbreak affects not only your business with MSI but your daily life and that of your family, customers and staff.  Please stay safe and know that our thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
